Bad Service Checkers

Order ***2!!

Ordered 9 Pepsi and 3 Lepsi Light

Only the pepsi light showed up. Told the driver I dont want only Pepsi Light. He took it back and Checkers sent a credit note of R45 for the 3 Pepsi Light. Checkers debited R170 from my account and now only refund R45? There was no option to stop/cancel order from leaving store before driver left.
