Bad service cashier Avele till 6

My family and I went to your store on Sunday after 17:00. No service at the deli. We waited for more than 5mins for someone to assist us but no one came. I left with out getting the cold meets that I wanted. My husband went back to see if there is anyone still no one. This is not the first time it seems that no staff works at the deli. Then I make my way to the tills. The line was at the toiletries section. Why the cashiers don't press directly after they done with the customer to call the next one. That's why the lines is so long. You get called and you pass several open tills with cashiers just having their own conversation. No customer service what so ever. The teller Avele that served me at till number 6 was the worst. While she is assisting me she is having a good conversation with a guy, talking about food, cell numbers, Facebook while I am standing in front of her. Not even good evening would you like a bag she say 'bag' while the conversation is ongoing they continue their conversation even while I am taking out my money to pay. I have never seen anything like this. Checkers invest in training your staff what customer service is all about. The customer standing in front of them should be acknowledged and thanked, it's just basic eticet. That cashier was just rude. I don't want to hear silly conversations about how the guys must get her numbers, that's not appropriate. No supervision what so ever. I have not seen a manager or a controller and we the customer must wait like we are not there to spend our hard earned money. Do better and train your cashiers the only person they should pay attention to is the customer in front of them and greet say thank you its just curtisy and customer service.
