Bad service

We stand a half hour in checkers liquor store in Ladysmith, asked the merchandiser the one ignores us and the other to check if there's ice because the special is ice with brandy and coke and then to be told there's no ice at all and there is no manager in store to help us we said we Wil take it without the ice said it's fine we stand in the que for 20+mins just to get to the till and be told we can't buy it because the ice has to be with it and that they can't help us because there's no MANAGER, How do you run a store without any manager or a supervisor?? Very disappointed in checkers won't be shopping there anymore
