Bad service by Heinrich Raubenheimer

Ordered groceries on 20 August and there were missing items when they delivered. I called the call centre and a guy by the name of Heinrich Raubenheimer was very rude and told me that they will not deliver the item instead they will refund me. I have been waiting for that refund from the 20th till today and no response from checkers. Prior to this incident, on the 15th I had the same guy being rude to me because checkers had inconvenienced me, when I asked him for his superior he told me that they will contact me but no one has contacted me nor have I received my refund. Is checkers a company that does not keep their promises to their customers?

I also think their employees should be trained well on how to treat their customers when they have been inconvenienced by their services. Very very poor service from a big brand like checkers.
