Bad service

I bought fish at checkers The Glen mall, got to work as I was about to enjoy my lunch, my first bite I was the worst , the taste is what got me, it put me off completely. I went back to checkers the manager didn’t even apologize for the rotten fish he just offered to change the spoilt fish from the same rack, I asked for a refund and the lady giving me the funds just chucked the funds in hand, no apology, no one to change the fish sold. I just got horrible service and I pray I don’t get sick
