Bad service

I have bought tickets at checkers retail park boksburg, I was told the printer is not working I must try the nearest checkers went to checkers Alberton, new market and Neo tells me that it is not printing as well on their side, iam busy running around in between checkers and I am told the printer was not printing.Until I got angry that is when she started to assist me, I don't think we should beg to be serviced and consultants not going all the way to assist clients, I didn't come here for fun and fuel is expensive.
