Bad service at Durbanville branch

<p>This Black Friday was an obvious mess, but what got to me was the fact that there were no trollies available so I had to use baskets. Together with my little toddler moaning I tried to shove two baskets with my feet while carrying another bag with my hand - as there were no trollies after I purchased my goods. I did this shuffle past the manager while he was having a fat chat with a friend, I asked the security guard who past me by if there were any trollies - he disappeared never to be seen again. So I shuffled these two baskets, my toddler and a grocery bag, past the manager and out the door. This would NEVER happen at PnP durbanville. This is not the first time this kind of thing happens. 99% of the time when you ask staff at Checkers about products/specials or anything really they shrug and walk away. There is no finding out for you or friendliness. The cashiers mostly just do their job, no greeting or smile or interaction. Whereas PnP the staff greet me from afar - know my kids and interact with me. I appreciate the extra mile when it comes to customer service and unfortunately Checkers Durbanville does not have it</p>
