Bad service @ Checkers Woodburn Pietermaritzburg

I have endless problems with this store honouring purchase specials that THEY have emailed or whatsapp'd to me. There's always an excuse. Eg: no stock, special not in this store, we know nothing about this.... And the excuses go on. My current issue, is trying to claim my winnings on the XXL Jackpot Competition. It CLEARLY states I can claim my prize before 3 Aug 2025 but they have said the competition is finished and refuse to entertain my winnings. I cannot think of a time that I haven't had to fight for what's rightly mine. It truly leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth and I'm really considering using another retail store.
