bad service at checkers parow center

my wife usually goes to checkers in parow center to buy groceries using my rca card. Never had a problem until today. Not only ddnt they wanna help her but they were rude to her. I called the manager named Patricia and I gave her a piece of my mind yes i was rude because they treated my wife like trash . My simple question to her was why ddnt they tell her last week or 3 weeks ago she can't shop on my card? Still waiting 4 an answer on that. Your staff is rude and obnoxious. And they help who they wanna. I'm not gonna let this go
