Bad service at Checkers

I am at Checkers New Park in Kimberly as we speak 14:04. I was about to buy 2 items. The store is full and I wanted to go to the kiosk to pay for my items since the was no que. I was told I am not allowed to. Since when does a customer cannot pay for few items at the kiosk?

I do not think I will ever come to this checkers again
