Bad service at checkers

I had a horrible experience at checkers Eastgate last week. I was looking for wine glasses and stopped one of the staff members and asked her to assist me. As I was taking out my phone the staff member just walked away and left me there. Her name badge was written Lisa. I found it rude and unprofessional. Please train your staff members better.
