Bad Service as always

Till operator swiped my card 3 times. Paid 3 times for an amount that is suppose to be deducted once. No manager on duty, store mgr on leave. Told policy not to give regionals number. Said it will take 3 weeks to get my money back and i need to bring an affidavit to state what happened. How is this my problem? I want my money back, not my fault Checkers employs *********** personnel.
