Bad service and very very bad attitude.
A lady by the name of Grace Mkhabela at checkers mandela street gave a bad service to me.i went to pay my home choice account and I read reference number on my phone and she insisted that I give my phone to her and I told her she is not going to be able to read it,now she kept on insisting and I gave it, guess what she could not read it and she did a reverse psychology that she is not suppose to assist me anyway.she did not anyway
