Bad Service and Outstanding Refund

I have been waiting for a refund since 10/07/2019 after my card declined and funds were taken from my account, I immediately went to my bank after the card declined for more information and they advised and showed me my statement. Funds were taken by Checkers Hyper Eastgate. I went back to the store to advised and I was told to allow 24 hours for refund and the manager took my details, I called the following day to advise I'm still waiting they took my details again and said they would get back to me. This was Tuesday 11/07/19 I haven't heard any feedback since regarding my refunded, I'm disgusted by the service and need my refund ASAP! The last time I was at the store it took me 30 minutes to find a trolley for my shopping now this, I'm appalled.
