Bad service and lying to customer

<p>Prudence mogodi was helping me in Sandton City at the kiosk. And as per the sign in the store, it says kiosk purchases only. Everyone was doing normal purchases there having at least 10 items with them. I only needed to make a kiosk purhase. So I went straight through to Prudence mogodi and then she said I can't purchase because I have to be at the back of the que. I explained to her that all of the people in the que have to que up at the tellers. She then claimed that cigarettes can only be purchased from the first kiosk teller. I then went straight to management and told them that they can't have signs up that say kiosk purchases only and then allow people to purchase their normal items there. We went back to the same kiosk where Prudence mogodi was and then it turns out I could buy cigarettes there</p>
