Bad service and insults at checkers pineslopes

I went to checkers pines lopes on 16 October at 13:33 to a money market counter I stant by the counter next to sign that says money marker transfer. There were 3 ladies working on the counter only one was working and helping on the lottery quee the other two ladies were there talking to themselves after a while an Indian gentlemen come straight to the counter next to me and one of the ladies there stand and help him after him another guy came he was helped one of their supervisor walk in to their desk by the name of Susan I told her that I've been standing there without help shd6 lok at me and one of those ladies by the name of Maphefo start to screem at me and say that I came there and stand there I did not greet them or tell them that I want to b served mind uu Dat I had my ID and my money in my hand sa I was waiting there. So I didn't know that it was my duty as a customer to greet them at their work place before I could get a service but explain to ger Dat m standing whef9 it says money market wth I'd and money on my hand what is she expecting she told me that I came wth my stress from where I come from I told her she was taking **** she said I was the one talking **** wth my ugly mouth I am so shocked cause everyone from their staff even her superiors were keeping quiet while she was screaming at me. I went to management desk I found no one there this is a shocking experience ever because I spend my money in Tha store 6 to 4 days a week this is shocking
