Bad service and bad attitude

We dread going to the Checkers Liqour store in Bram Fischer. We watch the specials closely and jump at the opportunity to buy Windhoek Draught at a discounted price. Checkers do have regular specials. The problem is they seldom have stock or receive enough stock. We then have to ask for a rain check. The staff hate completing this form and it turns out to be a huge bone of contention. This happened again today. The special runs until 3/4/16. We went to get some beers. Again they didn't have stock. The cashier asked the manager, Jerry, he reluctantly got up from his chair and walked to the fridge dragging his feet. He came back and said sold out. I asked for a rain check. He passed the box to the cashier so she could complete it and he can go sit down again. A customer interrupted asking about the deal he wanted. Jerry didn't know the special was until the 3Apr. I asked for my rain check. Another cashier took the book. I asked for 6x12. She spoke to Jerry and he said that I can't have it for 6. I find this bad service and attitude unacceptable.
