Bad service and attitude at Checkers Horizon View Roodepoort

I have received bad service and attitude from 2 ladies a cashier and a packer.

The ladies in question were very Rude and disrespectful at Checkers Horizon view, Roodepoort. The name of the cashier is Bontle Mokgopa and I didn't get the name of the lady which was assisting her.

I have never came across such humiliation in my life, the attitude these ladies portraite will dent the reputation of Checkers, as for one I doubt I will ever set foot in that store

It is really heart breaking to go to a store to spend ones hard earned money in these trying economic times and have to find rude and disrespectful people on the other hand.

I strongly recommend that the said ladies are admitted in a Customer Services training or program as the don't have a slightest idea what it means.

Bontle Mokgopa and Co worker that job you take for granted someone out there would kill to have it and respect goes a long way irrespective of a person's ethnicity (race), gender (sensuality) and Age Treat people with respect period Don't look down on people
