BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE AT CHECKERS COFFEE SHOP KIOSK

To Whom it May Concern

I am a Checkers Customer my Extra Savings Card number is ***, today after making my weekly weekend shopping I went to buy my Saturday Special at the Coffee Kiosk at 10h15, (SEE ATTACHED SLIP)

I was served by two ladies with bad attitude and manners named Dodo and Keitumetse.

Imagine the way I love Freshly Foreign Ground Coffee at Checkers I just purchased Foreign Ground Single Origin Coffee Reusable Bamboo Cup and I gave to Dodo to fill my coffee I bought through Saturday Special, she then acted with attitude which closed her ears because I said she should put 4 sweeteners before put in my coffee.

She just went through without my request, she didn't wash my cup with soap at the sink as I told her it is a new mug I bought from shelves.

She again acted with attitude, after giving me my coffee all of a sudden both her Dodo and Keitumetse acted they don't care and didn't give the bun that comes with the coffee on Saturday Special.

Upon requesting my bun Keitumetse just gave with putting in the microwave and even without asking me.

This ladies have a very bad attitude and they shouldn't serve customers especially at the convenience Coffee Kiosk. You should have seen how their faces were, so rude.

They should work in the storeroom away from customers, they have a small town mentality.

I was in a hurry, I didn't have time to ask for the manager but please someone call this ladies to order.

Please do something before I take this to social media.
