Bad service and attitude

As an on the go person i like to get something a bit healthier to eat i like Checkers range of home cooked meals but this pains me to say that every time i go to either one of the Stellenbosch branches there is always a lack of either salt,pepper or what have a basic condiment that you should supply with your take away meals and upon asking the staff for it the replies will always be it is out of stock and when complaining to management it magically appears and when you ask that person who stated that it is out of stock she/he has nothing to say and refuse to answer my question on why she/he was telling me otherwise plus getting attitude from management as well I'm heavily disgusted with the attitude of management and the staff of these stores they need a wake up call that they are not the only retailer in the area that sells home meals and so on .
