Bad service

Checkers K90 Boksburg. Shocking customer service. Absolutely no care for customers. Deli section, cold meats all dried out. When we finish our shopping, it was 16:50. This is peak time when alot of customers come from work. We find 3 csshiers, 2 by main tills and 1 by express till. All the people infront of us, and it wss quite a few people were unhappy. 1 gentleman was very upset also. My husband asked for more cashiers, we were bluntly told " no they are closed " when we ask for the store manager he was at first nowhere to be seen. Eventually he got another cashier to open up again, but neither of them even knew how to put a new till roll in. By this time which was 17:15, myself and my husband abandoned the groceries and walked out with 3 other people. Really not good.
