Bad service

I'm so disappointed with this app and their service, today I placed an order and used my work address cause I normally order from home and then the app said they will deliver at 5pm and then the driver called at 5pm saying that he's at my house and I told him that I've put my work address and he became rude and said who's gonna pay him to come to my work place now and then hung up the phone. Then one of the people from the head office called and said I must go to checkers St John's and wait for the driver and meet him there and then I went and no one came or called and then the next thing I get a notification that my order has been canceled without my consent or explanation and I was waiting there at checkers like a fool. I've always used this app and refferred it to my friends and family but now I think I need to delete it if I'm gonna be treated like this and given such bad service!
