Bad service

Firstly about a week ago I went to checkers and ons of the staff were standing in the isle paking stuff, leaving very little space for customers to get past I tried to squeeze past het and my trollie touched her she then turned around and started swearing and shouting at me, and I also bought some wors on two different occasions and different wors every time and both backs were off. Groceries are getting so expensive and when we buy it we have to throw it away.
