Bad service

I have placed an order today at 12:30, received an confirmation email 12:33 and no delivery happened at all. I tried calling the help line numerous times, created 3 tickets via the app with no response. When eventually getting through after holding 15 minutes the service operator tells me to go to a store and buy what need since they don’t know the ETA…this at 17:15 pm??? This is ridiculous service since I have been telling all my friends to use this service. NO recommendations from me ever again!!
