Bad Service

I went to Checkers Eastgate Mall to Pay my DSTV using my Makro RCS Credit Card which by the way I have been using the very same card to buy Groceries and Pay for my DSTV at the very same Checkers Eastgate Mall for the past Months and I was told that that card is not accepted there. So exactly when did that Change? Because I have been using the card to transact this whole time which I can provide proof and pull all my statements. I want an official communication that clearly states that I can longer use my RCS Card at Checkers

Checkers overall has staff that is rude and have bad attitude. Just the other day I to the very same Checkers looking for eggs and I ask one of your staff members where can I find them and she just walked passed me and told me she doesn't know where eggs are. If your staff aren't willing to assist customers they should just stay at home.
