Bad service

Good day! I have always shopped at Cape Gate store! Today was my worse day ever at your store, I ordered a birthday cake in a neon pink color on 12/11/2019 and I got to checkers this morning, and received a red cake, and the cupcakes was also red and cream, not at all what I wanted, I would like checkers to contact me as I am a very unhappy customer, it spoiled my whole day coz all our decorations was neon pink and white, the cake and cupcakes do not fit the theme for today, my contact details is, Christa Mostert cell no ***
