Bad service

While banks always encourage customers to use cash at till services to draw cash and avoid atm's. Checkers @ Heidelberg Mall seems not to understand that they have this kind of service to offer as I have hassles every time I have to draw money, I must queue from teller to teller for them to tell me that they have no cash. It's always a hassle dealing with *********** unfriendly staff...
