Bad service!!!

I went in on the 25th of November to the Checkers in Ladysmith at the Square too place and order for a birthday cake for the 27th of November (and mentioned it will be picked up at 14h00). The lady that assisted me took almost 30 mins just too confirm my details and give me the barcodes too pay for it. After that long process I proceeded too pay and then go back and gave her proof that I did pay for it.

On the 27th of November I went in at around 14h20 to check if my order was ready. The lady at the bakery counter took my slip and went too the back in too check for my order. Then came around too the front desk and started called her colleague. They were talking in Zulu saying something about Sunday. They lack communication skills, instead of informing me what was going on. I asked her if my order was ready and she ignored my question. Then she called for the manager too come too the bakery over three times however no one came. I waited there over 30 minutes and then asked her again about my order. She then said they were short of ingredients so the cake I ordered was not made. Their service is pathetic!!! No Manger was there too assist and explain why I wasn't called too be informed there's no ingredients for the cake. Then going too the money market counter took another 20 minutes just too get my refund.. I'm disappointed with the service from Checkers and will NEVER use them again or ever recommend them too anyone.
