BAD SERVICE

I would like to lay a complaint against Shoprite 394 Smith Str, Off West Street,Durban today the cashiers were on go slow for no reason,very few were on the till points we waited in the line for like half an hour without assistance and the cashiers were very rude, chatting and laughing without attending us..
