Bad service

Bad service, attitude from the manger Monde at checkers northmead square. Firstly the delivery service sixy60 messed up my order by duplicating my order, resulting in me not receiving more than half of my order, I was inconvenienced as I had to return the foods to checkers, where I was assisted by a very rude lady who is the manager Monde, it's not the first time I've witnessed her bad attitude, but she showed no remorse and made it near impossible for me to get a refund, she behaved as if the error was by me n not the store. I don't think I'll ever use that store or the delivery service ever again.
