Bad service

The new sale pamphlet is valid from the 23.08.2021 - 05.09.2021. Checkers Paarl Lady Grey forms part of the Hyper as indicated on the pamphlet. when i went to buy the eggs that is on special the manager has informed me that they don't keep the eggs that is on special in their store and he was very unhelpful.

i just need to know how can you have everything that is on special in the store accept for the eggs.
