Bad Service

On the 29/11/2019 I went to checkers in Sandton City to buy some stationery for my nephew which i did and went to the cashier to go and pay and i got served by a lady called Phumzile Zwane, she was so rude and unfriendly it was appalling, she served and when i gave have my rewards card she said she has already tal**** up the stuff i had already bought and it was my responsibility/duty to give her my rewards card before she rang my stuff on the cash register and i actually stated to her that she was very rude and she was suppose to ask me for my rewards card and she told me straight that she was busy and doesn't have time for that. DISAPPOINTED
