Bad service

I went to checkers Centurion mall on the 25th March and 2024 at around 16h00 to buy a few grocery items and also needed some cash. I got to the till and informed the cashier I also needed a cash back of R150 .

She then asked the packer lady to ask other cashiers for me as she ddn't have enough cash. She wrang up my goods and the packer came back saying the cashier by till 11 had cash. I then asked her if I had to stand I que again , she said no.

I proceeded to cashier 11 and told her I am the one who nerds the cash. She pointed me to the back of the que ,I then told her she must make make sense to me that I had to go to the back of the que and yet I was told to go straight to her. This meant standing in que for the second time, he supervisor on duty just stood there and said nothing while the cashier literally was shouting at me. I got mad and told her to leave it and went to Pep stores where I got assisted
