Bad Service

I went to checkers hyper in Vanderbijlpark this past Saturday on the 6th ,to pay B3 Funerals Policy at the Money Market and I just had bad luck to be serviced by Cristina Segage Money Market Clerk.This was not the first time I have had to face the bad service and bad attitude from this Clerk the first time I led it slide.This time around it was worse I handed over to her two cards for B3 and mentioned to her one is R200 and the other is R320.She then took the cards the funny thing is she inputs the policy number from the card into the system and then she asks me the name of the policy holder and then I rep**** you can clearly see the name written on the card so why are you asking me that.Then she started telling me she did not see so I was really surprised that she could see the policy number and not the name while they are both in the same font and size and she was wearing spectacles worse part.Then she started telling me how I am a Genius and kept on continuing with his sarcastic remarks.I really think the issue is her attitude ,I have been paying this B3 policy at the same place with other Clerks and not even once did I have an issue.This lady needs to work on Customer Service
