bad service

was at this checkers yesterday , one of the items i picked did not have a barcode then the cashier at till number 10 around 9h15 am 2015 november 15th , yesterday told her assistant (till packer) to go get another item with the barcode , i stood there for 9 minutes , and the assistant was just dragging her feet and chatting up with other people in the store instead of bringing the item back , when i asked the cashier why she's taking so long she said its not her problem . they had no name badges but the cashier said her name is given
