Bad service

Online order. Did not choose alternative. Checkers delivered alternative. 2 x frozen cauliflower. Order on 17/11/2022. 1st call to 60 minutes on 17/11. The lady promised they will credit my e-wallet. They only credit 1 x cauliflower. I phoned again on 18/11. Another lady promised to credit my e-wallet manually with the 2nd R39.99.... Tuesday I phoned again. This time I spoke to a guy. He made the same promise again. And Im still waiting for them to credit my e-wallet 5 days after I received my order.
