Bad Service

Got to Checkers this afternoon to do my monthly shopping as I do not get a chance to do it during the week. When I went past the wine section I put a couple of bottles of wine into my trolley and finished my shopping. Half an hour later when I got to the pay point I was told that the wine section is now closed and I can no longer buy the wine. It would be great if they can inform the customers that the wine section closes at a certain time or maybe tell the customers to take the wine and pay for it first before you continue shopping.
