Bad service!!!

I'm from Checkers in Kosmosdal Centurion, lady by the name of Rheirandzho Buthelezi gave us a bad service. She spilled my food that i ate while shopping then blamed me for it. I asked her to appologise but she said it wasn't her fault that my food was opened with an attitude and told me not to make noise infront of other customer. I was so angry that I went to her manager because I couldn't see her name on the slip, manager tried to appologise but because it wasn't coming from her I even got more upset that I'm informed she's sick with such bad service. How *********** of her!!!! She then vanished without anyone to assist packing my grocery!!!
