Bad service

The cashiers at this retailer is very rude and unfriendly. No matter at which cashier I pay, they never have a smile on their faces, some doesn't even greet or say thank you for the support, nothing. Sometimes I even get the impression that they are talking about me in their own language so that I don't understand. That's just plain rude. I suggest that they should be send for a course in customer service ASAP!! Is this is the kind of service or treatment that I can expect from a massive retailer like yourselves, then I won't be shopping there or recommending them to anyone.
