Bad service

I went to checkers hyper at vanderbijlpark on the 05 of jan to buy school shoes. When i got to the shoes there were no prices i then took two pairs to the till to enquire the prices. I was told the price and i then decided to buy a pair of shoes for R159.99. I had a till slip with of R80.00 coupon off as i got it during the week when i bought groceries. Before i can leave the store i realised that the shoes that i bought were not genuine leather, i then told my husband to go to refunds/exchange counter. I then took a pair of shoes which were R219.99 upon arriving to the exchange till i explained to the cashier to exchange. When she did the exchange she never rang off the discound voucher even if i reminded her even showed her where i have left the voucher which is a till which i paid for the plastic school shoes. I ended up paying the total price of R 219.99 for the shoes even when i showed her that i just bought wrong shoes at 11:11 am and she was serving me at 11:22 but she ignored me. I phoned the store on last week sunday and spoke to the guy by the name of Johan who was helpful and told me to go to the store and ask for Sonja Taylor to assist me with s refund. Today i went to the store but was told that Sonja is off. I spoke to Gary van rensburg who told me that im not legible to get my R80 even when i tried to explain to him that the cashier never rand the voucher off when she did the echange instead he kept of explaining to the lady who was at customer service dont know her name she was not wearing a name tag. What made me also feel disrespected was the fact that whenever i was talking to him in english he will talk to this other lady in afrikaans. The lady was told to check for policies regarding couchers in afrikaans as i stoold there and pretended that i dont understand their language. He left and i stoold for 10 minutes while the lady was was busy on the computer searching for policies. At the end i ended up up asking him that if you buy wrong item and few minutes before leaving the store you decide to exchange it for the correct one you forfeit the voucher because when i exhanged the shoes i never asked for cash instead i was willing to pay the difference. I felt so disrespeted by the way i was treated by Gary and its so rude that i speak to him in english and he respond to the lady who was standind next to him in afrikaans negatively. Its only after we argued with him that he doesnt know any policies and they have been checking for policies while i was standing there no explanations at all. After our argument he just said come monday to sonja i cant help you. I tried to explain to him that im also working i can hence i came on saturday. I dont advice anyone to shop at this store basee on the service that i got from the cashier at exchanges until to Gary
