Bad service

A came to Checkers hyper at Eastgate today(29.09.2018) I received a very bad service from a superior by the name of Gladys...till operator number is 290918. I was buying a Flash voucher and drawing some cash, the till operator didn’t know what Flash was or where to find it on the till screen and called this lady for assistance (Gladys). She asked me what I wanted and I said I want to load flash,her response was “we don’t load flash here at checkers we sell vouchers” with a very stinking attitude and she was yelling. I also didn’t know what Flash voucher is or how it looks like I was sent by someone she should have just explained to me how checkers sell voucher and not yell at me like I’m stupid she humiliated me and what frustrated me even more is that she was exchanging words with me when I was trying to explain what I wanted. Secondly the till operator didn’t have money in her till to assist me to draw cash she asked her to bring her cash and she just ignored her and continued standing infront of the tills,she didn’t want to assist me the till operator then called another supervisor to get her cash then the cash came.

When I was done with the shopping on my way out I saw a white lady from checkers forgot her name but her name bedge was written admin clerk manager I reported this matter to her and she seemed not interested in what I was telling her about this Gladys she just said we don’t have enough cash in the tills because people are paying with cards and this was not the issue my problem was the service I got from Gladys (attitude towards me).

I didn’t expect this from a big store like Eastgate or attitude like that from a supervisor.
