Bad Service

I’m highly disappointed at the service and false advertising I received at checkers hyper. I bought two of their items that’s on special. I made sure I took the right brands and the right products. When I came to the till they rang the full prices on them and the system did not calculate the specials. I took the items to the information desk with the pamphlet. After waiting for more than an half an hour in the que - I showed the items and the pamphlet with the till slip to the people behind there. I said I want the these items at the special prize that is advertised. I was advised I can only take the pink lillets box and only the mint mouth wash. I said why does there stand assorted if I’m only allowed to take the colours and flavour that’s advertised and states there assorted. They advised me that they can’t over right the system. They gave me back my money and took the items. Firstly its false advertising. 2nd its wasting my time as a customer 3rd. Not resolving the issue properly
