Bad Service

Between 19:00-19:30 on 13 December 2017 I bought shampoo and conditioner, on the shelf the price for the shampoo was R46.99 and the conditioner R 64.99, when I paid I checked the slip and both prices were R129.99, I asked the teller and she just pulled up her shoulder. They eventually sent someone to the shelf, I went with and showed the lady where I took the products from. She than showed me that the bar codes are actually for Gliss shampoo and conditioner and not the Mark Anthony Morroco oil, I said but why is the product packed on the shelf with the pricing? She could not answer me. I than went to the manager on duty, she was in the office and she said she cannot help me she is on the phone and I am wasting her time and I should open my eyes and should have seen that it is not the barcode for the products I took but the more I told her than the shelves are packed incorrectly with the wrong barcodes featuring on those products. I asked for her name and she just went on with the call she was busy with. I will never return to that particular Checkers ever again. I will not recommend this Checkers to anyone. Really pathetic service received.
