Bad service

On the 19/08/17 I went to checkers before 5pm. Received a till slip at 16:59. There was only one door open because it was almost closing time. I asked my son to go fetch a big trolley. At money market I put my groceries into the big trolley forgot to put my eggs in the big trolley. I left the small trolley at money market and went back to the cashier to buy electricity. I went back to checkers on Wednesday 23/08/17 and told the lad'y I left my eggs in the shop. She asked for my till slip and called someone to check the recoring of the day. She came back to me and tell me they do not know who took the eggs at the place where the trolleys come. Who did the trolley get from money market to the place where the trolley come. Why could the person watching the recording not check what happen 15-30 minutes after I left the shop. There was not a lot of people in the shop. Why can I not watch the recording as well. Do the know what happen to the eggs byvdo not want to tell me. There was two managers on duty WEDNESDAY and they did not speak to me directly sent messages back and forth. When I sent another message back the coloured manger decides to speak to me after I told them I'm going to put them on helo peter. I don't think a big supply chain shop will loss revenu e when they give me 18 eggs. The managers is pathetic and they don't know how to handle complaints.
