Bad Service

I ordered a meat platter from Carl on 14/07/2015 and he offered the best service, on the form I clearly stated that I want a small meat platter. So i arrived at the store to pick up my order and they had made a large platter and the lady who was helping me was unapologetic, she fetched the form and realised that the mistake was on her side but instead she said that it wasn't her fault and that Carl didn't tell her. I asked to see Carl and then she said she can sort it out, in the process she took a lifetime to fetch the platter plate as I was in a hurry and i was already late. She gave me attitude when I asked her if there are +_35 pieces, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I'm not happy about the service she gave me.
