Bad Service

First of all ,how do you promote a promo that says spend R 200 and receive a seedling and you don't have stock . This has been the second time i have gone to do my shopping and no seedlings .how does a hyper store not have enough seedling surely you must know that for a hyper store to have extra stock for all customers and i'm sure you do get stock daily ? As a mother of 2 children, finding the best deals is a necessity i only do my shopping at checker and now that they have the promo its even better as my kids can take part in growing their own little veggies . Now for the second time i have to go home and tell them no sorry they don't have any and i can not go to other checkers as i don't have transport this is the closest checkers to my house . At no point was i told that they do not have seedlings when going into checkers only once i reached the till i told and this is unacceptable as you should have signs telling customers that you do not have seedlings as you enter the store , i'm sure i am not the only one that goes there for these seedlings Reaching the till i did ask for management and till today i still ask for management , i have even asked for some sort of proof so i could maybe go back the next day once they have seedlings but no this was also not possible . This is just very poor service and felt that i only buy at checkers but maybe i should find some other place if this is how they treat customers
