Bad service

At this stage im really not happy with Raslouw checkers every month if you want cash back especially on the 25th or last day of the month, they never have money i waited for 15 minutes to get help even the manager ignored me, until 2 cashiers helped me please sort it out fast i really don't appreciate their service anymore its not the same time how canthe whole shop don't have money every weekend
