Bad Service

i went to checkers hyper in Rivonia yersterday to get money from their money market and i had a shock of my life because of the bad service i received from the trainee manager,i was told that i cant get the money because it was hanging i dont know where...when i asked for a cler explanation i was told to tell the person who sent me money to go back to the shoprite were she sent money for assistance,i then explained that the person is far(vaal) and she is an elder person so its not posible,i asked the lady who was helping me to call the customer care and she came back telling me that all their phones are not working so there's nothing she can do about this situation,i then asked for the number to call them and she told me she is not allowed to give the number,its their number that they use internally...i mean how does a big company like that not have a call centre maybe to call in such cases,what happens if a person who sent u money is left the country then...what's gona happen???what a bad service from cherkers hyper in rivonia :-(
