bad service

<p>i have swiped at checkers on the 20/may/2017 the transaction went off twice from amy account they told me it wil reverse in the evening which never did,i went back to the store on the 23rd may they requested my bank statement as proof which i did submit everytime i call in they say they are stil awaiting for feedback from head office</p> <p> </p> <p>im drained coz every time i have to make phone calls ,yesterday i called the complaint line as well</p> <p> </p> <p>today i called in again asking where can i report the bad service im getting i was told i cant lay a complain </p> <p>it happened at checkers foresthill</p>
