Bad service

<p>On the 6/01/17 I bought a 3 backpack at CHECKERS hyper in Roodepoort....one of the back is damaged so I called them on the on the 8/02/17 then they put me through customer service and explain to them about the backpack the said I can bring it back....but when I arrived there today It was a different story one of the manager said I I have abused the backpack .......I don't understand when he said I have the backpack because I brought it for me to use.....and why do they put a warranty of 3 months if the know that their products are strong I'm not happy at all because some of the staff was saying the backpack was abused......it seem it depend who are u to get help in this atore</p>
